The OPPO Find X10 Pro Max is the most ambitious camera phone of 2026: if mobile photography is your priority, this is the flagship to beat. It is the first phone with a 200MP sensor behind all three rear lenses, backed by a 2nm chipset and an 8,000mAh battery, from about $1,015 in China. Its global debut is October 21, 2026 in Mallorca, Spain.

Design and display

OPPO calls the new look "Borderless Design": sculpted glass that flows into the camera module instead of fighting it. The Pro Max carries a large square camera island with the Hasselblad "H" logo, plus a separate pill island for the flash and sensors. China gets Moon White, Warm Orange, and Light Titanium; global versions are branded Luna White and Titanium Grey. The 6.78-inch LTPO OLED runs at 2772 x 1272 with an adaptive refresh rate up to 144Hz, 3,600 nits of local peak brightness, and 3,840Hz PWM dimming. It is 8.4mm thick, weighs 233 to 235 grams, and carries IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings.

Cameras: the triple 200MP bet

The main camera is a 200MP 1/1.3-inch Samsung ISOCELL HPC sensor at 24mm with f/1.5, stabilization, and a claimed 17 stops of single-frame dynamic range. The ultra-wide is 200MP at 13mm with f/2.2 and a 124-degree field of view. The telephoto is 200MP at 70mm with f/2.1, stabilization, and macro from 10cm. The front camera is 50MP with autofocus, and processing comes from OPPO's LUMO True Image Engine with a dedicated True Color Camera, co-developed with Hasselblad.

Three matching sensors mean no visible color or sharpness shift when switching lenses, plus generous cropping headroom. OPPO's Tide Engine cuts the gap between full-resolution 200MP shots to 0.7 seconds. All three lenses shoot 8K Log with O-Log2 and 4K at 120fps with Dolby Vision, plus Open Gate capture for reframing in post. Blackmagic Camera app support and a Tilta creator kit target video creators.

Performance, battery, and software

The Dimensity 9600 Pro is among the first 2nm chips: two 4.55GHz cores and six performance cores, a G2-Ultra NX GPU. OPPO cites 61 percent better multi-core energy efficiency and 17 percent better performance, with 27 percent stronger sustained graphics. Memory runs up to 16GB LPDDR5X with up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The China model packs an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, rated to keep 80 percent capacity after five years, though the global version is reported to use a smaller 7,150mAh cell. Software is ColorOS 17 on Android 17, with an AI Mind Pilot and Agent Mode built with Manus. It launched in China on September 24, 2026.

Verdict

Early reviews are positive: Know Your Mobile scored it 87 percent for the cameras, performance, and battery. The closest rival, the Vivo X500 Pro Max, uses the same chip but bets on a 50MP main plus a 200MP Zeiss telephoto for long zoom, starting at about $1,045. Vivo suits concert and sports zoomers; OPPO suits shooters who switch lenses all day.
